Cancellation
and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your tour, the following policies
apply:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled
activity: 20% of the total amount will be charged as a penalty. You may
reschedule the tour once without penalty, valid for up to 2 years.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled
activity: No refund will be provided. However, you can reschedule the tour
once with a 10% penalty, valid for up to 2 years.
Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after
deducting applicable fees. All cancellations must be made directly through our
customer support or via our online platform.
