Cappadocia tours may operate in small groups of approximately 8 to 10 guests

Yes. The Istanbul–Cappadocia and Cappadocia–Istanbul flights are included according to the confirmed itinerary.
Four nights are included: two in Istanbul and two in Cappadocia, with breakfast.
No. The balloon is optional and can be requested separately, subject to weather, availability and official permission.
Yes. The Istanbul private transfers and Cappadocia shared airport transfers listed in the itinerary are included.
The English booking page uses English-speaking guided services. The Spanish booking page uses Spanish-speaking guided services, subject to final availability confirmation.
They are included only when you select a flight-inclusive departure package. The standard 5-day land package does not include international flights.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms may vary by travel date, hotel, flight and confirmed supplier services.
- Free cancellation is available until 30 days before the tour start date.
- From 29 to 15 days before departure, a 35% cancellation fee may apply.
- From 14 to 7 days before departure, a 60% cancellation fee may apply.
- 6 days or less before departure, no-show, or after the tour starts: non-refundable.
- Domestic flight tickets are issued after the applicable payment has been received and the customer has approved ticketing in writing.
- Once domestic or international flight tickets are issued, airline change and refund rules apply separately.
If a non-refundable hotel, balloon flight, flight ticket or special supplier service is confirmed with the customer's approval, that cost is deducted from any applicable refund.
